Shipping & Returns Shipping: Medical Education Systems, Inc. offers multiple ways of delivering your courses. For immediate access to courses, purchase a course marked 'Online'. You may alternatively choose to have your course faxed or mailed via USPS. Returns: You have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete a course and submit an answer sheet. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, courses may be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase provided that an answer sheet has not been submitted online, by USPS, or by fax. If you purchased an item with USPS as the shipping method, the course materials must be returned in reusable condition within 7 days (before you submit an answer sheet or submit the test online). We will then refund your order, minus the original cost of shipping you the course material(s). Please include with the returned item(s) the reason you are not satisfied. Exchanges: You have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete a course and submit an answer sheet. A course may be exchanged for one of equal value at any time before the 6 month expiration period provided that an answer sheet has not been submitted either online, via USPS, or via fax. Policies: If you choose to submit an answer sheet via USPS and should fail (score below 70%), we will contact you ASAP with instructions. Note however, that you may attempt to complete the test online as many times as is necessary.
